I have some tips from my friends to decrease your weight…But I don’t know which one is the best way to be done. But I will still let you know about the tips….Here you go :
* It will be better if you start your day with a glass of grape juice in order to decrease triglyceride level. Triglyceride is known as the cause for heart attack..
* It will be better if you consume just a little of your all favorite food.
* Don’t peel the skin of certain fruit, such as apple. If you peel it, you can lose 25% of vitamin, mineral and fiber contained in it.
* It will be better if you put your snack far from you, so you have to move to get them. And you also can be lazy to consume them.^^..
* You have to consume more protein like beans, tofu and cereal. Protein can increase body performance so can burn more fat.
* It will be better if you drink hot water and melon juice every morning. They are similar to mini-detox which help to clean your liver.
* Try to eat 20-30 different kinds of food materials to obtain maximum nutrition.
* Change your snacks (chocolate,ext) with fruit and vegetable.
* It will be good if you drink vegetable juice every morning. You can try some vegetables like carrot, celery, spinach, cucumber and radish. You can mix them with apple juice so it will be sweeter.
* It will be good if you put garlic into your food. As we know, Garlic can help reduce cholesterol by 9%.
* Try to use lemon juice as a substitute for butter to vegetable, chicken and fish. I guarantee it has no fat….^^>…
