Healthy Diet With Fruit and Vegetable

Some Diet programs tell us to limit our consumption of certain food and only consume vegetable and fruit.  But this is not good and healthy for our body.. Now, I want to let you know about some fruits that are good for our health. They are Apple, Strawberry, Banana, Melon, Orange, Mango, Kiwi, Plum, Grape and Pineapple.These fruits contain a lot of fiber that we need.
